New review: Had my maintenance done on my 16 year old heater & Jim notified me that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. After talking with Jim, I decided to replace my heater and A/C. Jim did an awesome job with the quotes & setting up the install. Delfera came the next day to install a new heater and A/C unit. The tech was good but he only had to replace a start/run capacitor that probably cost $40 bucks. I was charged $370.00 for about half hour of work. $100.00 just for the call and the rest for the service provided. Kind of overpriced by $100.00 or so.

We’ve used Delfera HVAC for years and have never had any issues our AC wasn’t working so we called yesterday for a service call. The tech came out and spent all of two minutes looking at the unit and diagnosed it and told me we needed a full system replacement and gave me a quote of 13k, then was trying to get me to leave a down payment for the new system then and there. Thank goodness I called for a second opinion turns out our unit just had a blown capacitor. The other company we called came out and had the whole thing backup and running in a half hour. Wish there were more honest people out there. Stand clear of this company.

We came home today to find our house at 79 degrees and climbing, with our HVAC evaporator coil completely iced over. After shutting the system down, I called DelFera at 3:45 PM. Madgy (apologies if I’m misspelling her name) in customer service was incredibly helpful and understood the urgency of our situation. To our surprise, she was able to schedule a technician for the same evening, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM — far exceeding our expectations, especially for this time of year.Jack, our technician, arrived at 4:49 PM and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. He quickly discovered the system was low on refrigerant. Once he completed his expert work and the unit thawed, the cool air returned right away.With the heat and the heavy smoke from the Canadian wildfires, this could have been an extremely uncomfortable night. Instead, we’re relaxing in a cool, comfortable home thanks to DelFera’s outstanding team.Our sincere thanks to Madgy, Jack, and everyone at DelFera. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and skill are top‑notch. Highly recommended.

He was able to correct a wiring issue with the unit, (which was not installed by Delfera); and now the unit is working like it should and is actually much cooler in the house! Good Things1- I was informed of the $160 Saterday service fee.2. Rec'dvtext the tech was on the way, with picture.3. Came quick, seemed like a nice guy.4. Replaced capacitor which fixed it.Bad things1. first told me compressor was bad.2. Not sure he would have checked capacitor if I hadn't insisted.3. Charged $271 for a $10 capacitor inaddition to the $160service fee, did get $50 discount by using a website coupon.4. On Monday, a guy shows up , unanouced, to give me anestimate to replace the unit. Did not seem to be a nice guy. Stillhave not seen the estimate.

My water heater went overnight. DelFera sent someone right out to assess the situation. He made sure there was no more leaking and came back the next morning to install a new one. The techs were clean and professional. Their work is lovely. The price is very competitive. I highly recommend DelFeraJuly 2026: i still use Delfera. They originally installed my hv a c system and have provided maintenance every year. Okay, a small fee for a maintenance agreement.And then they come out two times a year to check my system. The technicians are all experienced and professional. They are on time. They provide a reminder a day ahead of time and when they are on their way. I don't know if I don't think I ever want to use another company.

I had a great experience with DelFera Heating, Cooling and Electric. My technician, Tahmir W., was professional, polite, and very thorough. He diagnosed that a worn-out, dirty filter had restricted airflow and impacted the blower motor, causing the unit to malfunction. He removed the clogged filter, inspected the blower components, and made sure the system was running properly again before leaving.He also recommended several preventative services to help preserve the unit’s operational life, and I felt confident his advice was honest and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and technician.

Today was my first experience with the Delfera business. I was interested in changing services to a locally owned company after my previous contractor was sold to a conglomerate. So far so good. Delfera, came over 8:30 the next day with 4 men and 4 trucks.A new Reem heater and AC unit was installed by 4:30 pm. Rodger and two other guys did great job for heating and AC installation. Rodger sent a message to let me know he was on the way to my house and came to my house on time. They did professional work to remove the old AC and heater, cleaned the area whenever they finished one part and continued to another. They explain anything I asked. My blower motor from my 1993 system stopped working this year on a 100° day. Dave came out and gave me an estimate and did some quick troubleshooting of my system. Since the age of the system, it was time to upgrade and replace my unit.A few days later, Rodger showed up to my home at exactly 7am right at the beginning of the time frame that was set. He was polite, courteous and patient with any questions I had. I stayed out of their way to let them work and I am blown away by the detail and craftsmanship of their work. My neighbor had suggested them when my AC needed replacement. He recommendation was spot on and I will definitely be spreading the good word about the work they performed.The pad outside at the condenser is level, the thermostat was level, and the furnace is clean. There is zero leakage of air at the furnace from what I can tell. They took the old equipment with them too and left nothing behind. You wouldn’t even be able to tell there were here. My home around my furnace and outside is cleaner than it was when they arrived! If you need service for your system, this is the company to go to. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work.
